Α peaceful place with 4000sqm of outdoor space awaits you, since Magda’s house is located in Astris, at the southern point of the island, a quiet, safe, and surrounded by olive and pine trees area. Give the opportunity of relaxation and enjoyment to you and your loved ones. (Pets are allowed too!)
The property consists of, 4 well-equipped houses, 2 maisonettes (80Sqm) and 2 studios (43Sqm).
Our Studios are really spacious and decorated with wooden elements for a warm and unique atmosphere.
They provide, one (1) double bed and one (1) single bed, 24-inch flat screen Tv, A/C, equipped kitchen, bathroom with (bath towels, hairdryer, shower gel- shampoo).
The Maisonettes are double floored and decorated with wooden design as well, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
The ground floor consists of a living room, 32- inch flat screen smart Tv with Netflix and YouTube,dining table, equipped kitchen, a room with one double bed or (bunked beds for the children), bathroom with (bath towels, hairdryer, shower gel -shampoo). The second floor includes a double comfy bed A/C, 24-inch flat screen Tv,a second living room and an amazing panoramic view of the garden!
- Over and above, our guests may relax by enjoying a barbeque evening on the green lawn or their afternoon coffee at the outdoor seating areas.
- Furthermore, free internet access to the entire property is provided and enough safe space for our little friends to enjoy themselves.
Due to our location, everyone can have easy access to any beach within a couple of minutes. There are both free as well as organized beaches. For example, check out Psili Ammos beach and its crystal clear waters,It is only 1 km away from us. You can also visit Salonikios (1.5 km) or Giola, the natural pool. Apart from the beautiful coastline, the area of Astris also provides with a mini-market, a gas station and a tavern next to the sore!
Everything is close , so our guests can have easy access to every part of the island. (10 minutes from the village Potos and 15 minutes from the village Limenaria).
